Alejandro Salas

Lifelong soccer fan and player, from pick-up games and local tournaments to a US Soccer “D” License, which took me into coaching youth teams here at home. I’ve followed the game across Spain, Italy, England, and Argentina, where I was a River Plate socio through a relegation. Now I’m turning that same attention to the club taking shape in my own backyard.

I write about American soccer’s evolving promotion/relegation pyramid through USL, and about Port St. Lucie SC, a club I both follow and write about as an early supporter ahead of its 2027 debut. I also write Real Madrid analysis at Halamadridistas.
